This is an interesting case. I agree he should be deported, and now that the immigration case is resolved, there is no reason to allow him to remain in the US.

Since we have no extradition treaty with Cuba, I don't think we can legally send him there.

Venezuela wants him, and we still have an extradition treaty with them. It would seem to me that we don't have much choice but sent him there.

I don't know whether he is guilty of the airliner bombing or not. If he is, I hope he either spends the remainder of his days in a cell, or gets the death penalty.
