Actually Matt, Orlando Bosch and Posada-Carilles were partners in the bombing of a civilian airliner, the people who planted the bomb have already been caught and confessed, they were employees of Bosch and Posada, and both have said that they planted the bomb on orders from Bosch and Posada.

Which of course opens the door for you to jump in with a "Clinton did it too" remark.
