President Bush has high praise for outgoing British Prime Minister Tony Blair, calling him a "good friend" and a "remarkable person."
Speaking with reporters today, the president said he would miss Blair, who earlier announced his decision to step down on June 27th.
The president also expressed confidence that Blair's likely successor, Gordon Brown, will also support the U-S-led war in Iraq. Bush says he has found Brown to be an "engaging person," but the president was careful to point out that the final decision on Brown's future has yet to be made.
