Russians welcomed investors from abroad, allowed them to construct logistics and sites of use, and then claim them back and disregard all and any contracts as they please. That is crude and efficent way to have working hardware in place, but makes sure no forgein investors see Russia as reliable place to conduct buisness.

In Kronstatd, Thugs of Rosstoi company used fists to drive Finnish wokers away, while Miliisi stood by and watched if Finns would fight back to have an excuse.
This is crystal clear to us, what about you Russians?
This is not anti-Finnish issue. This is very big corruptional scandal where Finns are small occasional participants. I think they will not lose their money - to the contrary, they possibly earn well on it. So don't seek the nationalism where the huge money play the first fiddle.
