Bisexual Marriage

Do the laws against bigamy de facto discriminate against bisexuals? Should bi's have the right to marry one person of each sex?

Why should marriage be restricted to just two people? If several people want to sign the civil union contract and agree to all of the responsibilities involved, then why not? Wouldn't a group of committed people provide an even more stable situation for raising children. In a two person marriage if one person is hurt there is no other source of income to replace theirs, in a group marriage there would be others to help. Group marriage has been practiced in many cultures down through history and the world didn't end either.

Re: Bisexual Marriage

I think consenting adults should be able to do whatever they want.

I don't think bisexuals are much for relationships, really.

That's not true. They are individuals. I have known plenty that have long term meaningful relationships.

true

i see alot of pushing for gay marriage

but you hit the nail on the head

if that is what people want than we need to re write it to say A adult may marry ANY NUMBER Of ANYTHINGS

then i would have no problem with it

but thats not the agenda is it?

I know gay people that have had ceremonies and wish the state would recognize it. I see nothing wrong with their agenda.

As long as they don't hurt others (or others property) then I wholeheartedly agree.

What if five individuals wanted to marry. If they love each other, isn't that discrimination?

You are for any number of people getting married at one time. Thanks for the clarity.

How about a brother and sister?
