If only there were some other possible source for fetal stem cells than live born babies...

... like maybe if there were unimplanted zygots that were headed for destruction because they were no longer going to be used for their original purpose, and the donors were willing to donate them in the hope in helping their fellow human beings who have the misfortune to have a dibilitating desease or injury. What an absolute shame that the only possible source is limited to blackmarket baby killers.
