Is Splenda and Microwave Popcorn Safe?
I was doing research on sugar substitutes and come to find that my belief that Splenda was natural was incorrect. Come to find that microwave popcorn or anything that uses nonstick surfaces is not healthy. Splenda is chemically altered so it passes though your system without the calories. Well it hasn't been significatly researched by Johnson & Johnson or McNeil. In fact the research that they claim to have done is very limited and I think it covers like less than a dozen subjects. I think what you'll find is Splenda is not safe for your ograns. Also you'll find that nonstick coatings and microwave popcorn are poisioning your body with Teflon.
hope you find that interesting I looked it up myself. |

Re: Is Splenda and Microwave Popcorn Safe?
Xylitol might be safe sustitute. It's derrived from stevia and sugar alcohols. Stevia is actually a plant that is natually sweet but if you want it pure it cost big bucks. Sugar alcohols are known to have a laxic effect if over used.
Not only is Xylitol a sugar substitute but research has found it might be good for your teeth. Because of it's structure bacteria can not form and clumps. |

I don't use either really. Then again I don't have the time to investigate everything I eat, drink, breath, or use around the house so I'm sure I consume something that is bad for me.

Asside from dumb comments anyone concerned about their own health can find free articles from mercola.com. There is other research but his is the most thorough. I'm sorry I can't help destructive people but if you let Jesus into your heart maybe he can help you.

Re: Is Splenda and Microwave Popcorn Safe?
I'm more concerned about getting hairy palms or going blind. Did you know the same activity can cause both symptoms?

Re: Is Splenda and Microwave Popcorn Safe?
Stress is a real killer. I try not to worry so much. By stressing so much over your health you may be doing more damage.
I'm not saying just be a slob, but just don't eat crap all of the time along with a bit of exercise and that will be fine for most of us. |

Re: Is Splenda and Microwave Popcorn Safe?
Well eat splenda and it will do your body stress. There's a class action suite and something can be done about it. Just like the smoker who ignorantly smokes. All it takes is making a knowlegable change.
You have to know what crap is ok and what isn't. There's realistic answers. |
