Re: Man held in decapitation of daughter, 4

disturbing. that poor kid.
ive said this before: death is too kind for these people. they need to suffer in jail, thinking about the life they took.
death puts him in the place he has put that child. or so goes the theory.
perhaps they can put pictures of the girl in his cell.

I remember a drunk driving case where a man killed a young lady because he was drunk and caused a fatal accident. He served his time, but had to write a check for $1.00 per month or per week (forget exactly) for the rest of his life as a reminder of what he did to the family.

I know what this man did was sick. Make him suffer. Death is too kind.

Are you willing to admit yours, Beavis?
I come to learn too, but I also see no reason for extensive arguing back and forth where neither party is going to give.
I expressed my points of view and you have expressed yours, I disagree with yours and you disagree with mine. Why go any further ?

By the way Butthead...... when I'm wrong, I admit it.

Do you honestly think that him sitting in jail looking at her face would do anything? I mean, he looked at her while cutting and sawing her neck.

So what you are saying is you're not opposed to capital punishment so long as it's done humanely? That is exactly what I've been arguing here - that torture etc is not necessary before killing someone.

No, I dont agree with capital punishment for the most part - but I didnt argue that point here since I can understand why a father whose kid was brutally murdered would want the murderer to die.

What I don't understand is this tendency on the part of many posters to wish for barbaric methods of torture to be used prior to a barbaric method of execution ... it's simply not necessary, and as I've said before, it drags the person down to the same level as the criminal.

ok. how about this. his chances of surviving jail due to the victimization and brutal killing of an innocent child is very low.

i would rather he die from being anally sodomized by a broomstick then the quick death of lethal injection.

why spare him the brutality of prison life? fellow prisoners find out, he is gonna find hell.

Now that I like.
That is, as long as he isn't kept separate from the other inmates.

I find it hard not to be vengefull in a case like this myself, but it simply will not help to take that revenge. we SHOULD be above all that.
