Look, I'll admit to looking at porn. I do not have a deviant attitude towards intimate relationships. My wife & I are very healthily intimate, thank you very much.

We don't play any games of sexual dominance, submissiveness, sex role stereotyping or viewing persons as sexual objects. None of that shit. No confusion on my part whatsoever. That doesn't mean I don't like to look at beautiful women who are nude.

I'm surprised that people are saying pornograhpy is harmless. Maybe we've been watching different porn. The stuff you find in Playboy and similar sources isn't too bad, but a google image search with safe search off provides sites that are supremely offensive and (to a small portion of society) actually psychologically damaging. I don't think it should be banned, but keep it some place where I won't notice unless I'm looking for it.

I think the real pornography is the blood-spattered prime-time TV we have in this country. I can't have on anything but PBS in my house because my 3-year-old son already knows words like "kill" and "murder." I'd much rather my son see some tits than a guy with his face blown off. Other than this, I voted for the fourth option. I'd like to say though that I don't think porn should be readily accessible to kids, but that option wasn't there in the poll. Other than that, hey, I see absolutely nothing wrong with pornography being legal and easily accessible.

Side note for those who wish to ban it: If it's not easily accessible, those who shouldn't be getting their hands on it (young kids) will find a way to get it, and will work evern harder to get it just b/c it's taboo.

God forbid that your moral values, or lack therof, should ever be used as a guide to determine American society.
