Everybody is a little racist.
And the "South" is perceived as being more racist by people who live elsewhere. And to me that is as prejudiced as saying that black men are more prone to violence and criminal behavior.

The most racist people I encounter are whites who demonise other whites yet defend every minority they can possibly defend.
