If it was some schlep on the street, it would be funny. But this guy is part of the city government. That's concerning.

He's also wrong in what he said. He said that if something is "black", the impression is that it's bad (he used the example "black sheep). Well, if a business is "in the red", that's bad. If a business is "in the black", that's a positive thing...

In deference to this idiot, I'm now going to start referring to those people, who were previously known as "black", as "browns".

My shirt is black. The tires on my gas-guzzlin' SUV are black. My heart is black.
