Exclusivity as in chucking one holiday for another. As I said, I don’t give a hoot about the holiday per se’. But if say the shop was majority jews and they wanted yom kippur for their holiday? Or another religion wanted to swap holidays, cool majority wins, then the meaning of the holidays falls by the wayside once you unionize.
Then we can move on to say cities. Lets say a city which has a majority pop. of one religion petitions the city council to put a referendum for say, thanksgiving, on the ballot, they want thanksgiving to be discarded for one of their holy days, and all that entails regard’s city services etc. Just because it’s not a privately owned co. with a unionized work force means squat. Majority rules right?

No individual can plan his own existence in their view.
So the state planners must arrogate to themselves the right to manipulate any sector of the economic system if the good of “society” or the “general welfare” is paramount.
Ipso- if the rights of the individual get in the way, the rights of the individual must be sublimated.
