I have waited for awhile to see if any one here would say any thing about the following story.

ABC News: ABC Reporter Arrested in Denver Taking Pictures of Senators, Big Donors

But it looks not to be the case.. It does look like posters here are going to be silent on what has been going on in Denver.

Sadly I feel that there will be loud cries if this happens next week with the GOP..

The DNC wrote the book on "free spech for me but not for thee".

I mainly questioned the claim that the hotel "owned" the sidewalk and that served as justification. Don't know if its true or not but seemed questionable.

they typically are but Colorado is a wild west state and could have come unusual laws. like in Utah where no one can own land within so many feet of a shoreline as thats considered public land where anyone can pull their vessel to the shore, stop, eat, camp out whatever.

There also has been no talk about the building that Denver is to be using to hold people that have broken some law while this is going down. Has any one seen or heard anything?

Wounder if we are going to get daily reports on some one taken in by the law when the GOP do their thing next week....
