It isn't really true, there have been stories circulating around about protein complementation and such, but they're nonsense. Eating a wide variety of plant foods will give a person superior nutrition. I've been a vegan for more than 27 years now and I am in excellent health. For many years I was an ultra-marathoner, but a foot injury sidelined me so now I ride a bicycle.

Nope. Absolutely untrue. It is pretty easy to have a good diet with or without animal products. The trick is that you actually have to cook; processed food is bad regardless of animal content.

Of course, most of us don't truly balance our diets; we're very much meat-heavy.

I disagree....Only because I think they should die the same way as the child did; SLOW and PAINFUL.

No, they'll sit in jail eating three meals a day.......This punishment does not fit the crime !!!!
