How does solving for official poverty via non-market recognizable command economics, solve for absolute poverty, real poverty or relative poverty?

We already Have a War on Poverty, all I am suggesting is that we win that War and declare victory over that Iron Age scourge.

We could win the Drug War in the same manner, with market friendly public policy that engenders glorious patriotism to our Constitution and republic, instead of mere corruption.
