Re: What’s with the plastic surgery craze?? Are these gals nuts?

A while back, I started a similar thread myself asking if men are really worth it.

Over the years, I've seen a lot of people who have had various kinds of 'enchancement.' All I can say is they have needs that are far beyond my own understanding. Most end up looking worse than before they started, and there are a lot of botched jobs out there. The type of need that demands a woman mutilate her body is unfathomable to me. And then there is the health risk if the person's immune system rejects the implant. Another story altogether.

It isn't that difficult, though, to understand the actress or actor who has a nip and tuck to maintain their edge,

Take a look at my avatar. That is Bettie Paige a pin up model from the 1940s. How could she possibly look any better by embarking upon a path of self mutilation?

Sure, most things. I love life and I love my place in this world. I love women, always have, and am fortunate enough to have found the absolutely perfect woman long ago, beautiful, strong, very intelligent and very desirable in every way. All her parts were created by God, not some boy with a chemistry set. I simply think these young girls and their "enhancement" mania are doing themselves and society a huge (pardon the expression), disservice. Trying to make me a negative person with cheap shots, falls short friend.

It used to be you could go to the beach and there'd be all manner of different looks, big ones, little ones, heavy ones, skinny ones. It's getting to the point that they all look the same. It does a disservice to the girls who ARE natural.... except for experts of course, like myself, who can spot the imposters a mile away!

Here's a way to spot the over thirty after market construction. If you see a woman whose over thirty and huge in the chest department, there's an easy way to tell if they're real. If she's wearing very conservative clothing with little or no exposure you can bet they're real. She's at an age where she's so sick of having people talk to her chest instead of her eyes that she has long ago learned to cover up, they're just a nuisance to her. Personally, I find those more fascinating than the ones who have it all hanging out, but that's just me. (Same with thongs oh by the way, but that's another thread)

Then you have your artificial over 30 woman. She'll be dressed provocatively every time, cut way down to "heah". By God, she's going to display these babies after being deprived all those years before she could afford the overhaul, and all those years of being envious of the girls who were larger in that department.

To me, an obvious set of "bolt-ons" is a screaming sign, especially on a young girl, that she has major insecurity issues.

Again, why are guys so shallow that they'll get turned on by a couple of saline pouches but women are too smart to accept a cubic zirconium which looks exactly the same? Why not just get a rubber doll and save all that hassle?

Wow, there are still some thinking people out there!! Absolutely right. I thought I'd get zero support on this issue but to my delight I'm not alone in this observation.

Exactly right Sunshine. Nature does a much better job than some scheister with a knife, we're not SUPPOSED to all look the same, except in an old episode of Twilight Zone.

So those of us who don't mind if a set of tits are fake aren't thinking?

Also, I have to disagree about nature doing a better job. There are plenty of women out there that nature royally fucked up on.

I'm not saying that you're a negative person. I'm saying you're an old person. You remind me of an old guy sitting on his front porch, yelling at kids to get off his lawn. This is based not just on this thread, but others you've created as well. You seem awfully old and complainy.

I happen to agree with you, I like my girls to be natural as well. I just don't see any point in complaining about it. You do provide me with a chuckle now and then though, so please keep it up! I'm eagerly awaiting your forthcoming thread on Kids These Days With Their Backwards Hats and Baggy Pants!

Can you guarantee Miss Alaska has had no bodywork done? You have already admitted she has a "bolt-on" Palin head - or is it Sarah with a "bolt-on" model's body?

It didn't take me that long to get tired of guys talking to my chest. I turned the whole thing around and made them uncomfortable by focusing on their crotch area until they got the hint though.

I wouldn't say men are shallow. Sure, if they just want to get laid they focus on looks which is understandable IMO but once they think about a relationship it's the whole package that matters.

And let's not forget that the first thing about another person that sparks your interest is the way that person looks. It may be the body, the eyes, mouth or whatever floats your boat. And while thinking your partner is physically attractive may not be the most important thing in a relationship it's definitely important nevertheless because honestly nobody wants to have sex with someone they think is ugly.

Case in point, although I doubt any degree of surgery would help...

You are a very lucky man, I hope that relationship lasts the rest of your life

You gotta a liscense for that, seriously I do think it puts pressure on women. God did not make us all alike, I say celebrate the diversity. I don't think it is morally wrong to enhance one's body, but I do think it has become ridiculous. It does at times seem to me that if a woman is less than a C cup, something is wrong. I just wanna say I didn't put that pressure there. I've had several gilrfriends (prior to my marriage) that were A cup and I thought they were beautiful.

    ROFL

To each his own, and maybe I'm old, but I prefer a 'natural' woman.

No, no insult intended regarding "thinking". Sorry.

But, just think how perfectly a computer designed latex woman with all the attachments would be. No griping, no shopping, no QVC, just loving rubberized, synthetic companionship, perfectly designed in every way; they could be ordered with 60ZZZ for an additional fee. Whatever turns you on brother! Give me the real deal, you can have all the latex, saline, etc. Not interested.

Absolutely true!! Actually, I think men that do that are even more misguided than the women.
