Personally, I think this shoulda been in the "Just for Fun" category. I do think there is societal pressures on women to be perfect, however I'm sure the reason that many women do this are their own.

I would say, that we (hetero males) are going to continue desiring women as we always have.

I know! I can't remember the last time I saw a person who was famous that WASN'T 100% natural! What are these girls thinking? I mean, where are they getting these ideas that men find that kind of thing attractive?

I guess you have a point, if we consider capped teeth, face lifts, liposuction, ect.

Maybe women who have had extensive plastic surgery should have a list of ingredients tattooed on the back of the package.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not all about plastic surgery. I really could care less. But I'll say that it's a definite improvement on her. Why anyone would want to tap that pre-surgery is beyond me. Girl had a face like a fuckin horse.

Aside from that, her and that twat husband of hers are two of the biggest fame whoring morons on the planet. Given their history, something tells me she did this mostly for attention. I don't say this about many, but their Moms should have swallowed.
