Planned Parenthood: How old are you?
Young woman/girl: I'm 14, he's 31.
The abortion advocate learns that "he" is paying for the abortion. She coaches the girl how to avoid police involvement. "You don’t have to say anything” about the statutory rape. “Just give them the information that’s needed.”
In Wisconsin, sex between an adult and a minor under 16 years is a felony. The law requires health care professionals to report such cases to police immediately. It specifically includes abortionists.

I hope they do. However, the law is VERY specific in most states regarding who is REQUIRED to report. If the people working at PP are not licensed prolfessionals, they could slide through unscathed.
The article doesn't tell us if the people involved are doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists, etc. If they are then they could be facing criminal charges. If not, and there is no statutory duty, then it may just be another futile expenditure of taxpayer dollars. On the other hand, if the investigation leads to there being some laws instituted that would hold PP accountable for reporting rape, incest or chld sexual abuse, then it would be money well spent.
I have worked for years under these reporting requirements and have made several reports. A lot of even licensed people want to pass the buck on down the line out of fear of getting sued. But making a good faith report does not incur liability. Reporting someone out of maliciousness does incur liability.
