Thumbs down Wikileaks: Obama Administration Secretly Worked To Prevent Prosecution of War Crimes

The following link exposes Obama's hypocrisy, and his culpability in aiding and abetting war criminals (also obstruction of Justice). It's also indicative of the crime-syndicates known as the Democratic and Republican parties' line that there really is no mechanism for the interests of the People. Yes, there are minor and cosmetic differences between the parties, but when it comes to The People versus those elite power brokers, the status quo comes out on top each and everytime. They both operate like Philosopher Kings. They have no regard for the rule of law, and they certainly beleive that one set of laws rule the unwashed masses, while another set is reserved for those that are priviliged enough to form the nucleus of the economic/political power structure.

Doesn't someone have to be convicted of a war crime before the label of war criminal is applied?

Umm, one can still have an opinion especially when the perp openly admits to committing the crime.

If I said, "Yo, Thor, I just killed someone in cold-blood!" You'd be reasonable in opining that I'm a murderer.

Milosevic or Saddam were never convicted but the label was appropriately applied to them.

This information does create conflict. On one hand, the torturing of some Muslims is absolutely necessary to protect Americans from terrorism; it is only the far left that thinks otherwise. On the other hand, this is Obama, and everything the filthpig does needs to be soundly condemned. What to do, what to do?

Has Rush, Beck, or anyone else of stature given any indication of how we should react to this news?

Nothing in the OP made any claim that the Obama Administration is themselves: 'torturing some Muslims to protect Americans from terrorism'

Only that they are not cooperating to prosecute Bush and Cheney.

Face it people, while we on the right might think this the proper thing to do, Obama has but one motive here: saving his own ass.
