I can even see that they can refuse to recognize the same sex marriages of NC citizens performed by other states.
I can see where they can refuse to recognize civil unions (and there goes the separate but equal argument).
But how they can only recognize some marriages sanctioned by other states, but not others, seems to be an equal protection problem.
If the marriage was perfectly legal when performed.
That seems to be a full faith and credit issue as well.

Why don't you apply equal protection for economic issues as well? Why is it OK to invoke it in this case but not in others?

Your beloved Massachusetts discriminates against marriages legal in other states as well. I slammed you with this fact weeks ago and you ignored it. Yet you repeat the same BS yet again. Did you think I'd forget?

I guess none of the liberals can sustained an argument as to why equal protection under the law is only applied in a pick and choose basis.
