In other news... the GF has announced that she doesn't want to see me until Thursday... tonight and tomorrow night I won't sleep (well at least) and Wednesday I'll sleep for like 13 hours.
This also means that we are not going to the GOP 'Victory Party' which she pointed out would be the 4th event we'd be dressing up to attend this week. So I should be back home around poll closing time here
I had never before laid cinder block so John came and helped me lay the corner stones for the foundation on our new addition. Together we built it and when we were done I knew how to lay block. I had never before built a chimney so John came around showed me how to lay brick for the fire place. I never offered him a penny for his work because John was the type that would never take it. Its the kind of man he was.

Today I had to put down my 15 year old German Shorthair Pointer, Suzy. A rescue dog, I had her here for 11 years.
