If I were a drill Seargent and every last cotton picking citizen under 65 was draftd into service I would address and indoctrinate them as follows:
"You are all "at the moment" now lower then whale shit in the ocean".
"You have no rights and privleges other than those granted by myself and the Lieutenant".
"If you fail to grasp this fact you will peel endless amounts of potatoes, do laps around the drill field with full gear, push ups on command and latrine duty until it sinks in".
"Those requiring additional illustations will find Phase one to have been a pleasure as compared to what is to follow".
"My job is to somehow endow you scum with "Esprit de corps" and a realization of the interdependence (adj. Mutually dependent: "Today, the mission of one institution can be accomplished only by recognizing that it lives in an interdependent world with conflicts and overlapping interests" (Jacqueline Grennan Wexler).each has to the other".
Attention !!! You will be dismissed for assembly in the chow hall for a showing of "The Grapes of Wrath" This film is to show you what you will return to if you fail to successfully complete our training excercises"

However, If the entire group does not arrive at the finish point the period of time to be served before discharge will be extended by six months.
