I know handguns are harder to legally own (very hard to obtain the permit, very strict) but its as easy to purchase illegal weapons as it is to purchase legal weapons in the states... well thats actually how a lot of people do it.
Yes, but the theory Michael Moore was trying to prove was that the Columbine shootings were the fault of the US gun laws, wasn't it?
