Multiple gunment stormed into Dawson college in Montreal dressed in black trenchcoats and starting shooting up the place. Reports are comming in that police killed one suspect, another killed himself, and they are still searching for more suspects. Apparently 4 students shot, 3 in critical condition and unconfirmed reports of 1 student being killed.

Have went on several main media sites - no one yet has info on who the idiots that have did this...anything more from local media Danny?

There are too many unconfirmed reports. I'm hearing two shooters are dead and no innocent dead as of yet.

Geez - I just don't get what makes someone do this. What drives a group of kids to just start shooting people...madness.
At least from robberies etc. the criminals are trying to gain something - but just shooting people for no reason...

I'm with iamwhatiseem on this. I can't comprehend what factors would drive people to just enter a building and begin shooting indiscriminately. A disconnection with reality and with humanity must be present, I would guess.

I don't see how politicization of this topic is unavoidable, but please, for the sake of those involved, at least wait for this horror to stop.

I think it's over. 4 dead 12 injured.
Way to go Canada. They took out the gunmen.
(Unlike Columbine where the police coward outside until it was over.)

This is horrible event.

I think we can all understand how this may happen. All of us sometimes feel very angry about something and just wish we were dead or a bomb would drop on us and everyone else be damned. For most people this rage only lasts seconds, but these people were unable to hold it together.

I am surprised it doesn't happen more often. All it takes (IMO) is someone with an angry streak and strong lack of empathy.
