Nobody wants to see children die, and even if it does happen too often, what do you want us to do, let it happen and stand by and accept it as the norm?

Yeah .... I'm sure the parents of those killed school-girls worry about just that too ... that would be so tragic. How could this guy only put guns into such a bad light?

We have never had a high school shooting in Australia. This is the second one is the US in two weeks!!

Yes, but the point that I was making is that although Columbine was years ago, it wasn't an isolated incident. I mean there was another shooting just last week!! Two in two weeks. US high school shootings are very much the norm, and an expected part of the Federal school year now. What the hell is going wrong within the schools?

This is an Amish school. It is very, very different then a public school or any other conventional school for that matter. This wasn't even a high school considering the Amish don't go to high school. I wouldn't say this is a problem within the schools, much less a problem within an Amish school; IMO, this is a problem within society.

teachers should be allowed to be armed. It could give them a chance to cut this sort of shit out at the get go.
