I hate to tell you this, but it is very difficult to hang someone until they are DEAD DEAD DEAD (when they are already dead)

How would that have helped in this case.????
This guy would have done VERY LITTLE DANCING, at the end of HIS rope.

I wasn't referring to this particular case, I know the guy shot himself. I was talking in general terms to help eliminate the crime spree that is sweeping our nation.

Re: Rep Foley (R) resigns after sending inappropriate emails to 16 yr old male page

Anyone see the sick interview with the Phelps woman on Hannity and Colmes whose zealot lot was going out to picket the Amish kids' funerals? If not, copy the transcript here when it hits the FOX website. It was physically sickening what was said. Basically, their position is that the Amish toddlers were sinners who deserved it (actually claimed) because it was God's way of punishing them and everyone else in Pennsylvania for Governor Ed Rendell's activities in opposition to their group.

I hear that they are not going to show up because they have been promised media time with someone who is willing to give it to them in return for them not going there. Personally, whilst the person who agreed is a wonderful person for offering to tolerate their evil message on their show for the sake of the Amish community, I think the offer just encourages them to keep it up. The public where I live made it clear that they would run them off had they even attempted to appear, mob style. This sounds terrible, but it probably would have been the message the Phelps group really needed to learn.

The video for the Phelps interview is found here:

What makes somebody so hateful? I just can't believe how much he hates pretty much everything. The way he talks makes me surprised he has never done anything to get himself some serious jail time.

Re: Gunman shoots girls in Amish school

I live close to Bailey, CO. A very small rural town. We were all shocked too that a weirdo entered that school last week, held 6 girls hostage & killed one 16 year old female honor student.

Where in the heck do these wacko's come from? Something has to be done to protect our children while they're in schools. I don't care if they have to bring out police or national guard protection, but we have the responsibility to insure their safety while in our schools.

Someone needs to put those protestors out of their misery. How disgusting they are. I am totally surprised no one has attacked them yet.

I saw one woman holding a sign "thank God for dead soldiers", while protesting a funeral--smiling from ear to ear. I would have loved to wipe that smile off of her face.

I can't imagine how low one has to get to make a statement like that against little girls.

I wonder though is it really something that can be done by simply putting up barricades or metal detectors, etc, or is it something more culturally entrenched? I think there is a far greater problem at foot that simply spruking tighter gun laws, or increased school security. There is something seriously going wrong here....
