Germany mediates between Hisbullah and Israel

Reports have been confirmed that a representative of the german intelligence service (BND) has started to mediate between the Israeli governement and Hisbullah in the question of the Israeli soldiers which Hisbullah still keeps somewhere since the start of the Lebanon war.
