Well, she's not a scientist. She worked for a subcontractor and is now (well not any more) working for the YMCA, no one has released what she did for the lab. The media jumped to conclusions.

Also, "classified" has many levels. It simply could have been human resources data or could have been trigger assembly schematics. We may never know.

We do know that she is not allowed to have any classified material on a non-classified machine. That alone is a terminable offense. But since she hasn't worked for LANL for more than 2 weeks then it becomes more criminal. Or we can take a page from the Wen Ho Lee issue and then say it's no big deal.
