You can't conclude anything either way from this video.
If you want it to have credibility, first:

• Establish that the shown explosion is actually the Pentagon and not a gas station blowing up in Shitville, West Dakota.
• Proof -scientifically- that the video is not edited.
• Identify the hotel, establish the angle at which the camera was filming at the time of the incident, make a topological study of the environment there (to establish whether the flight path was actually above the camera's horizon, obviously impeded by an elevated highway), and do the maths.
• Check out the build and framerate of the camera to check whether it's actually capable of capturing the high speed passage of a plane (camera optics is a weird field, just ask the 'rod people')

If all the previous -apart from things I might've missed- would check out, yes, then, and only then there might be a problem. But I'm not holding my breath here.

Oh, not to mention how a video that is meant to show a government conspiracy has an official flight path indicator (in the form a red arrow, LOL)

I can't see shit from that video. It appears to be on the far side of the Pentagon and the plane would be going so fast, the quality of the video isn't high enough to even catch it. Sorry.

Actually, come to think of it, I don't remember seeing any footage of a truck laden with explosives blowing up the Oklahoma City federal building in '93. Maybe it wasn't a truck after all? Unless someone can produce the footage, I won't believe it. Actually, the more I think about it, I haven't seen footage of the actual dropping of the atomic bombs in Japan at the end of WW2. Maybe it didn't happen? Unless someone can produce actual footage of the event, perhaps I'll just refuse to believe it.....

Still, I HAVE seen footage of Captain Janeway fighting the Borg in the Delta Quadrant, so that obviously proves that the Borg exist, and that we already have developed inter-stellar flight, and are already members of an inter-spacial Federation.....

Of course, you'll not believe that. My favorite explanation from the Conspiracy Club is that pieces of airplane wreckage were planted in the building.

Of course, only a true mental midget could think that one could plant these large, heavy pieces of wreckage (as well as the body parts, seat parts, etc) in the couple of minuted between the impact and the arrival of the first responders.

But mental midgets are the lifeblood of this "no plane" theory.

Ah, have you forgotten the video from the security camera at the Pentagon? There is a plane in it. I realize youll just come up with some conspiracy as to why it isnt a plane, but then I think at least then YOUR video is neutralized as neither of us can conclusively prove that there is or isnt a plane in either of the videos.

Oh, except for the missing plane and people, the wreckage of said plane and people in the Pentagon, and the eyewitnesses who saw the plane.
