Wow good thing they screened Al Gore before he got on the plane. I feel so much safer.

He's a private citizen, why should he not be screened like everyone else?

My concern is that an airline employee would do this for a terrorist.

Why didn't they shut down the airport and search it? Can Al Gore be trusted more than anyone else? He was pretty bitter about loosing an election. That could be probable cause.
