Him claiming that it's "a fact" that if Cheney were to die more people would live, is not true. For it to be a fact there has to be indisputable proof, which of course there isn't. He may believe that would be the case, but to say it is a fact is dishonest.

All that aside, I agree with you that he didn't say he wished the VP were dead.
