It's too small and it doesn't work very well and it has a hole in it...but, yes, I do believe they have one.

I know that you won't start such a thread because you'd be made to look so foolish. After all of your hot air opinions, there's nothing factual to support your statements.
That's funny, your righty pals on the hug a liberal thread are claiming the opposite. They say the poster has to back up his statements with facts, not that the challenger has to do so. Interesting flip flop. I was always under the impression that the poster has to back up his statements with facts when challenged, which I've done on the aforementioned thread.

IMO, if you agree to testify, it should be truthful. No ifs ands or buts.

Do you think it is ok for the White House to refuse to allow Karl Rove to testify under oath and in public? Don't you wonder what they and he has to hide?
I absolutely do believe that it's OK for the Executive Branch to refuse to allow Karl Rove to testify about a non-crime before Congress. I really don't care what he has to hide WRT the firing of "at will employees". I don't care if they were fired because their shoes weren't tied. They served at the President's discretion. END OF STORY IMO.
By not allowing Rove to testify, I believe that the line that our framers built between the powers of the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch of our government is preserved.

I don't know if the rest of you are getting the same banner ads as me, but I'm looking at the link to Conservative Book Club: Get 3 Conservative Books for $1.00 each! right above the "Quick Reply" box. Apparently, you can now pick up three books written by Coulter, Ingraham, and Hannity for only $1. So bad, they're practically GIVING them away now. . .

Re: Republicans Call For Gonzales' Resignation

Just FYI - the google ads are randomly rotated on a per-pageload basis.

Just to avoid the inevitable claim that this is a sinister conspiracy to force these conservative books on you

Oh, and I hate the ads, too.

And even for a dollar, I wouldn't buy Coulter or Limbaugh's books.

Oh, that'll work also, Mr. Twain! It's just that I'm very much a fan of earlier Grateful Dead and I happen to be particularly fond of "Mars Hotel" for a number of reasons...so that's the first one I thought of.

Re: Republicans Call For Gonzales' Resignation

With Attorney General I. D. N. Recall scheduled for another ride in the hot squat on Thursday, the news that the Justice Dept. will not object to the House Judiciary Committee's grant of use immunity to Monica Goodling was most welcome to Rep. John Conyers. He's now planning to move expeditiously to schedule a prompt hearing so that the firing squad can be all locked and loaded when Gonzo arrives...
