Acar is an information security officer who was also, according to online requests for proposals, responsible for contracting. Bansal is listed on the city's procurement website as the CEO of the Advanced Integrated Technologies Corporation, which was awarded two technology contracts last year worth a total of $350,000.
If I remember right, last year was Bush´s watch.

Now if I were a Dem partisan I´d probably post that the Cons must have known about it but left it as trap for Obama.

This would be just as stupid as some posts here, pointing at the feller who is reportedly NOT A TARGET.

If you´re implying, he knew about it prove it please.

Any link welcome.

Not that I believe Kundra had anything to do with this, but wasn't the contract awarded by the City of DC? That would be Dem control. Nothing at all to do with Bush.

I'm implying him not knowing about it is a problem. Clearly there's a leadership problem.

I really think it comes down to this: Obama needs a new team. They are not up to the job.
I honestly don't follow American domestic politics all that closely, so I'm pretty unaware of the "parade" as you put it. Perhaps many of the appointees are not good choices, perhaps they are. The kneejerk reaction against Kundra makes me wonder about the ability of people to view these situations somewhat fairly though.

How do you know it was Kundra's job to investigate corruption? It seems to me that he would have delegated that kind of job to someone else; why are you not giving some blame to that guy or girl?

So you admit you don't know what you're talking about, then pass judgement anyway...

Right.

Right.
What did I pass judgment on? Also, where did I claim to know much about Obama appointees?

You said you DIDN'T know... then passed judgment. Get it now?

No. You're going to have to explain more clearly where I contradicted myself, because I didn't.

You don't know the context of the constant failure of appointees, admitedly, right? So, you're unaware of what's been going on...

Yet, you characterize the reaction as "kneejerk." That's judgmental. If you don't know the context, how can you be disparaging of the reaction?

Why would I need to know the context of a "constant failure of appointees" to comment on the reaction displayed in this thread to the specific situation in the DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer?

I find it helps to know what you're talking about before commenting on it.
