Obama flips out when he gets any criticism. He has made fun of the tea party protests--"those people waving their little tea-bags"--he has continually gone after anyone who has critized him on his policies. It's almost laughable.

I can't tell you word for word what he said, but he was critical of the waving of tea bags. When I read Oreo's comment that triggered a memory of a similar comment (the one I believe I linked).

Well, the article I posted is the only comments I can find that Obama made about the protests. The video they have on their page is the same video you posted, so the quote from Obama I posted is what he said in the video you posted.

I think Oreo intentionally mistated what Obama said in a way to make him sound like the wicked witch of the west.
