I bet thay when it comes to most liberals, if something bad due to their law preferences MIGHT IMPACT them, they are conservative as Heck.

Genius a misdemeanor is still a crime. They are criminals. They broke a law period.

Err, apparently English is YOUR second langauge otherwise you would have least understood and answered the replies within my post.

Wow, guess I shouldn't expect someone who is second language English capable from someone akin to their suportees regarding the support of crimaliens?

Hey Forum Owner... can we include a language translator for this forum?

I understood you perfectly. I just disagree that your comparison is relevant or accurate.

Don't believe me?
here is link for YOU to look up the different forms that have been used.
Enumeration Forms

The only two forms that ask that question is 1990 and 2000. All the others from '60 on ask about being a 'naturalized citizen', which is different.

The only thing then, that I can think of that would make this subject a cause, is that the question was perhaps pulled and some are trying to insert it again . . . Or, some are trying to just get removed, or the original post is wrong.

I think it's a fair question, but as I said, we never used it before, okay - 1990 and those asked these days will lie about it if they choose to particpate at all.

Re: Don't ask - don't tell?

The only point of asking the question is to try to dissuade certain specific demographics from participating in the census.

I think bitch slapping an illegal alien sympathizer may be a misdemeanor as well, so feel free to treat it as no big deal and get your slap on.

What did the hand say to the face?

Assault is a crime of violence. Assault is also only the threat of violence. When violence is carried out it is known as battery. Assault is usually not treated as a felony unless serious harm is done. The purpose of this article is to explain about what assault actually is and define the different types of assault. We will also answer some of the most frequently asked questions regarding assault.

Did you go back before 1960?
The question may have changed, but it still comes out the same... legal or not.

Still on the books,
When where the current questions decided on? 6 months ago? 12 months ago?
Why just down to the 10?

Fortunately for you, being a two-bit racist is entirely legal.

I don't think they will get an accurate picture but it's better than the complete pull it out of your ass guess that we have now.
Fair enough but that isn't what Vitter's beef is, his beef is basing districting on total population, he want's districting to be based on citizen populations. His goal is to subtract illegal immigrant populations from the totals used to decide congressional districts.

Re: Don't ask - don't tell?

personally, screw the question on whether US Citizen and demand proper ID....if they are receiving taxpayers dollars then we have the right to know who the hell they are.

also they are illegal and thieves...if they are getting taxpayer paid care as in food, hospital needs, housing, etc.
