    maybe they haven't updated the site yet?

    I guess it pays to look at the site

    its actually doc prescribed pot but thats no problem to obtain in sunny california

    ahhh ok thats what it was. i thought you were talking about full legalization on the federal level. i nearly creamed my jeans you know.

    I think the bill will be on the floor within 2 years. Maybe another year for it to pass. There seems to be less hate-mongering, jesus freaks running around these days, so it should pass.

    I am a conservative who thinks that pot might be equivalent to alchohol and might think it is legal-able?

    I haven't come directly close to pot since college back in 1978, but now have kids who probably see it smoked on a weekly, daily(???) basis.
    Beyond our preaching on pot, I get the feeling that my kids don't feel the same about it as we did.. or even on booze.

    Somehow, they think of Pot as something like standing in an open field and spinning around until dizzy.

    So why can't California enforce state law, how are the Feds even necessary? This is nothing but an excuse for the Feds to keep a foot hold in the MMJ politics of California under the guise of reform. The raids on legitimate providers working within the law will continue.
