Write your own amendment to the US Constitution, state why it is necessary.

I actually didn't think of that. As well as ending some welfare benefits on the basis of race, it would also mean that any citizen regardless of the country he/she was born in can become president. Just another example.

FYI, I read this in Atlas Shrugged. Someone else may have said it first, but it would be a damn good amendment. I would like to see something that protects ownership of labor and employment, namely that no one but the employee and the employer have a right to agree on terms of employment.
