Indiana: Emergency Flood aid hammered by fraud

What a crock of shit.
3 offices in Marion County had to have Police surround emergency relief shelters when they started requiring people to show proof of address due to rampant fraud from people OUTSIDE THE FLOOD AREAS making claims and getting emergency food stamps etc.

100's of people damn near started riots as Police and State Police had to get into riot gear to protect the VOLUNTEERS from abusive people - who, are not flood victims.

I have no links yet, or photos - it was on local news....it may not appear on the internet...well it wouldn't be politically correct.
