The thing is, our purchasing system will only get faster and faster, but only when we start to implement the European "chip and pin" system will things actually be as effecient as they are currently possible.

Incidently, rumor has it that McDonalds will launch their own credit card like BK and starbucks have soon.
Hey, maybe they can just barcode tattoo our arms...er...nevermind.

Too soon?

Only one or two of us

Everything in moderation and all

I'd like to mention to those who have said they MUST have their shitty cuppa "joe" every morning. Try going without it for 4 or 5 days.

If what you experience doesn't tell you that coffee is nasty stuff when used regularly, you need to see someone

Well, define "bad."

Define "good."

Really, what ARE these ?

Last I read, coffee was actually good for you. It's got antioxidants 'n stuff.

Yeah, 2 pots/day isn't so hot. But a cup? Not a bad thing at all.

It depends on the person. My mother used to have a cup of coffee a day, or every other day, but she had to give it up because it gave her palpatations. My father, on the other hand, will happily down at least five cups of rocket fuel every day, as he has done for the past twenty years, and he's fine. He doesn't see it as nasty stuff.

Tea was apparently meant to do the same but there are Oxy...something that are in Tea that can also lead to Bowel problems, Bile, kidney stones, Pancreatic problems etc apparently.

Eventually i'm assuming the ultimate way to proccess will be somewhere where they ask you to put your fingerprint and or Iris scan and then they just swipe the card, and it (the transaction) goes through but that may be serveral decades off.

Actually wrote a design document and business case for a RFID chip (in a card) payment with fingerprint security a couple years ago.

It's closer than you may think...

Oxalic acid(s).

Also found in the leaves of Rhubarb. Not healthy for you.

No shit. Put a bullet right through 'em.

I'm not alone either, trust me

That may well be it, i can't remember though one a day is generally okay, more than that and it could lead to some enormous long term health issues.
