You know, I was very tempted to join the source site just to debunk each and every one of Tucker's points, but I see the readers already properly debunked, destroyed and exposed him for the lying fraud that he is.

Add him to the list as one of the worst hacks of the Right.

I think Tucker in this blog post makes a salient point.

Is Jon Stewart an entertainer, or a journalist? Does Jon Stewart even know?


Kramer wasn't expecting to be brutally attacked on Jon's show, and he was blindsided. One doesn't go onto a comedy show prepared to argue policy, and yet that's what Jon did.

If Jon decides he wants his show to seriously discuss important issues, then he cannot hide behind a venir of humor when the going gets rough. Likewise, if he wants his show to remain comedic, than he cannot expect his audience or his guests to take his opinions seriously.

Simple as that.

Actually, the more salient point would be: does it matter?The shame on Kramer for being enough of an idiot to go onto a show, unprepared and (although I highly, highly doubt this) unaware that Stewart has a history to making people look like clowns. Including those who richly deserve it.While I don't see him 'hiding', he doesn't actually need to make his show any one way or another. He's a political animal, and the show seems to me to vary according to his mood.

It's not Stewart's fault that Cramer is unprepared to defend why he was a cheerleading parrot for credit spending for so many years. He should be ready to defend what he does for a living on the spot.
