I cannot for the life of me figure out why intellectual people in america dislike Obama and would even suspect that he is a socialist, which he most definetely is not. Obama understand and appreciate true american values ten times better than Bush ever did.

Many Americans are manipulated and misinformed.Sports teams scores and who is screwing who in Hollywood have been made more important then knowing about the world we live in and becoming accurately informed by a cynical and lazy press.

Re: are americans stupid / uninformed?

Americans are not stupid.

Americans are:

Lazy
Apathetic
Conditioned
In Denial

........but not stupid. What is really frustrating, is that the more educated most people are, the more buried in denial they are. I have found that people who do not watch much news, or read many newspapers, usually have a better grasp of reality than those who do. Back in 1997-2001, when I listened to T.V. news 6 hours a day, or more, I started watching/listening to see what they didn't report, or how a story was reported, not for the content, as I already knew the content from reading news online. This was the beginning of me breaking out of my denial and realizing that our government and media are both controlled by the same groups. Not 100% controlled, but enough so to further the agenda of the globalist masters.

Which demonstrates that you have no real understanding of American values, just like our current POTUS.

I reject the notion that Americans, as a whole, are lazy. We clearly aren't as we work longer hours than any other industrialized country. The fact that many, if not most Americans consider Americans lazy is a sign of our work ethic. We think we should work harder, and perhaps we should, but we're not lazy compared to the rest of the world.

Other than that, you make some good points.

Since you seem to be an authority on "true" American values, perhaps you can answer the question of what those true values are?

Short of that, please explain that "reality" to me you reference.

When it comes to making money, no most Americans are not lazy, but when ti comes to keeping an eye on what their government is doing, to keeping informed on important issues and topics, then yes, most Americans are lazy. In all fairness, many Americans are very busy. With both parents working and taking kids to soccer, dance recitals, karate, music lessons, baseball, etc, etc, most people do not have much free time and those will little free time don't usually want to spend it reading a bunch of dirt on our government. It is understandable, but with freedom comes responsibility. We must take our responsibility seriously, if we wish to remain free.

You agree that Obama understands those values 10 times as much as Bush?

Assuming most American values can be found in the Bill of Rights. That's pretty simple, but we'll run with it for now.

I believe Obama and Bush and Clinton and Reagan all have one thing in common...........

......they are puppets.

This country has been headed down the socialist path since long before Obama took office. Since the days of Woodrow Wilson, in fact. Ever since the foundations took control of the State department and education, things have been accelerating. Now, since the globalists got their bullshit free trade agreements passed, US sovereignty is being chipped away and our currency is being hammered. Everything that is happening now has been planned for decades.

I agree our slide into Socialism started with Wilson (the 17th and 19th Amendments furthered that cause). OTOH, I don't believe every president since him has been merely tools for some great force pulling the strings behind them. Certainly not Reagan who was the Socialists' worst enemy.

What does Free Trade have to do with Socialism?

If not Socialism, what exactly are you talking about?
