Knute, You posted 10 links a while back from what you call "right wing fruitcakes"
Did you happen to read ANY of them? You dismiss the work of any conservative based on his politics without even considering his argument. Just a tad biased, wouldn't you say?

He's just a troll and not worth trying to engage in conversation or debate.

Actually, I read RW bullshit all the time. I believe it is important to know what lunatic assholes are thinking. I even look at Drudge a couple of times a day and you can't get more nutty RW than that. I used to listen to Limbaugh until is blowhardedness got unbearable. And, just think, I argue with the nutcases online. I know I shouldn't since they are now only impotent and embittered , but kicking retarded is a bad habit I can't break.
I think you were a tad presumptuous of you to think I did not read them

Yes, I am sure you now find the reasoned, moderate, non-partisan, non-ideological musings of Keith Olberman and Rachael Maddow much more to your liking.

Sarah Palin had a ghost writer. So did Barack Obama and so did John F. Kennedy. So what else is new? Knowing this, no one in the more informed regions of opinion are attacking Sarah Palin. Those that are are merely partisan hacks and can be ignored without losing anything of value.

First this is almost a classic example of liberals unable to make their point without profane name calling.

Second… for someone to claim Drudge is somehow ‘rightwing’ when 99% of his site is MSM links and not written by Drudge… well either gross ignorance or outright lying.

Lastly… Knute: if ever you think that you are “kicking MY retarded ass” do point it out as I’m sure I’ll miss it. I’ve been reading you for months and haven’t seen you kick any ass… retarded or not during this time.

And for the record…

Actually, I read LW bullshit all the time, it’s called the NYT, Wash Post, etc. I believe it is important to know what lunatic assholes are thinking. I even look at MSNBC a couple of times a day and you can't get more nutty LW than that. I still listen to Limbaugh and yes his in your face style gets unbearable, every now and then. And, just think, I argue with the nutcases online. I know I shouldn't since they think that they are now entitled to something, but kicking retarded is a bad habit I can't break.

I think you were a tad presumptuous of you to think I did not read them

I don't know what bookstores you go to but RW Bestsellers ALWAYS have gotten big space in the ones I frequent. The idea is to reach out to people who don't normally read, but will perk up if they see a picture of their favorite hatemonger in the front window, or big enough to read all the way out on the concourse.

Could of fooled me, one would think LWers don't read judging by the fewer number of LW books on the shelves and their relatively low sales numbers, but hey, whose counting?

yes. I recall the stacks of unsold lib books at Barnes and Noble (Clinton ones were most remarkable). they still made the "authors" money but hurt the booksellers. perhaps this explains the shift.

Re: I noticed something odd today at the bookstore

I was in a local christian store recently. Their "current affairs" section was filled with books about creationism and why evolution doesn't belong in the schools, along with books about how to cure your homosexual son and how Obama is a godless socialist. As for B&N maybe it's a regional thing. I live in a conservative area and my barnes and noble has always prominently featured savage and Coulter and oreilly.

well good, seems your B&N has more sense than mine.

as to the other, perhaps they understand their market as well.
