Hannity admits using "incorrect" tape

In showing how large the demonstration against the Health Care Bill was, Sean Hannity showed tape of a huge demonstration, it just wasn't the demonstration he was talking about, apparently tape of that demonstration made it look "not huge".
Bill Carter - Media Decoder Blog - NYTimes.com

Gosh, no wonder the most misinformed people get their news from FOX.

Re: Hannity admits using "incorrect" tape

Now, did Hannity "admit" to using the incorrect tape, or did he "point out" that he used an incorrect tape. It's very easy to make mistakes when producing a daily show since that has to be done, more or less, on the fly.

Re: Hannity admits using "incorrect" tape

Clearly, the professional journalistic approach would be to manufacture your own tape, and then deny the forgery until the evidence was just insurmountable.

Then, issue a weak apology blaming everyone else and close out claiming that while the tape was a fabrication, the information in the tape is true.

Yeah right. Fox reports the exact same news as all of the alphabet channels. I will admit, their editorial shows lean to the right, but they have a plethora of annoying libs on staff, and as guests, on each and every show. Well, except for that radical conservative Juan Williams.

Nice try........................not really.

Agreed.

I actually think Juan Williams is a democrat.

I think your thinking of Larry Elder, but hes not really radical though.

At least Fox News doesn't invite Democrats on to just point fingers and laugh at their ideas for amusement like the liberal "op-ed" shows do.

He's the guy from NPR, a hardcore neo-lib. I was just being a smart arse.

My point is, Fox really is fair and balanced, that's why they kick all of the other news channels arses in ratings.

With out a doubt Fox News is the "most" fair and balanced news source around.

All the other news outlets show all the problems of the world and then pretty much blame them all on republicans.

The way the other media outlets report news SURELY there is some rich white republican behind EVERY problem in this world.

He did the noble thing, something liberals would NEVER do, yet he still gets criticized.

Don't you love it?

I'm not usually one to complain about using wiki as a source, but I'd have to see conclusive evidence that it was Fox behind that, not WTVT.

WTVT is owned and operated by FOX.
