It depends on the morals and ethics at our disposal at any given time. We do not operate in a vacuum of Nurture.
Our objective reality exists in Nature.
Better infrastructure could enable better morals and ethics, even with the full faith and credit of public acts; which are also a basis for morals and that are enumerated in our First Amendment when our republic was ordained and established by our Founding Fathers who were glorious patriots to our republic.

So a better plan is just to kill them all? And thats not going to piss of even more of them and get them to take up arms against us as well?
Yes, I worry about killing the wrong people. Both for our sakes and theirs; if this war is for our values then how are we winning by betraying them? If we're fighting a popular insurgency then perhaps it might be a good idea not to create more innocent deaths?
Yes I am. But then advocting killing a couple of million people in response does no one any favours. All it does is escalate things and make a whole lot more people hate you.

- If you appreciate the eight-hour work day, thank a socialist.
- If you approve of minimum wage, thank a socialist.
I don't believe censorship is the answer without religious morals tests and anti-hypocrisy laws.
I presume you understand why those laws got struck down?
And also you understand that Children are far more supervised nowdays than ever before?
And also that your two assertions, that the first amendment has been dismantled AND that its now too strong are mututally contradictory?
