Watching Rangel on this interview, you can't help but conclude that this old goat is either delusional or just can't accept that he is guilty of not paying taxes. Either way, his lack of being sorry for all his crimes is beyond gross.

He could eat a live puppy on national tv and still get reelected in his district though.
Some people will only be removed from office on a gurney, in handcuffs, or on the business end of a pitchfork.
