Right-Wingers Must Be Pulling Their Hair Out

After a pivotal election, in which Obama was reelected with a majority of the popular vote twice, (one of only four President in the past century) Americans of all stripes, but most importantly the youth, rejected attempts by the Right to paint Obama as an American-hating, Muslim Socialist, President Obama has been named Time's Person of the Year. Today, I find out that Gallup has Obama and Hillary Clinton (another favorite target of the Right) polled as the world's most admired man and woman, respectively. It's easy to be distracted by a small, but vocal, rabid portion of conservative Americans who find fault with everything progressivism and non-conservative, but it's refreshing and encouraging to see that the world's majority still thinks rationally and responsibly. Congratulations Mr. President and Madame Secretary.

Re: Right-Wingers Must Be Pulling Their Hair Out

There are plenty of uneducated people out there who voted for Obama because of the fact that they suck the tit of the government. If they would spend as much time getting an education as they do learning how to work the system, Obama wouldn't have been elected. He's a freaking sorry excuse for a president and all one has to do is look around to see it. But as long as morons worship him and the other idiots who keep them down, America will continue to go downhill....hope they're satisfied while sitting in their government houses, using food stamps, talking on their free phones, wearing their fake nails and eyelashes, etc....all paid for with my hard earned money.

    ahoy CS5150,

ahoy matey, i'd like to join the board in welcomin' ye to USPO!

also, i think yer more or less correct in yer thread title....folks who hew to the Republic party are feelin' kinda cranky at the moment. can't blame'm, really. they dislike this POTUS greatly, but he's goin' to be skipper basically fer the next half decade.

a bitter pill to swallow, 'specially after bein' so certain in the wake 'o the 2010 elections that the White House was a fait accompli.

    yarrrr!

ahoy Mrs. M, and happy new year!

i think Mr. Obama isn't a "freaking sorry excuse for a president"....thats a harsh thing to say 'bout a fella who hath basically reigned as a conservative.

i also believe thar be plenty 'o uneducated people in general, though ye seem to take delight in righteously singlin' out them who hew to the left. in fact, the overwhelmin' opinion 'o USPO be that Americans be dummies in general, when it comes to the issues. are americans stupid / uninformed?

Mrs. M, with all due respect, ye live in a tax welfare state. it would be more fair to say that its paid with hard earned money from New Jersey, New York and Massachusettes.

Rationality didn't win Obama his second term, emotional response to irrationailty did. The Democrats and the press were able to keep Obama in the WhiteHouse thanks to the mysoginistic divine rapists.

Welcome to the fray. You and I will probably agree on little. Obama won because there are more voters who want to be dependent on the State for their livelihood and security than want to be free of government. There are more people today who want a nanny and a sugar daddy than those who realize we can't afford what they promise. The pendulum will swing back soon enough. When it takes a wheel barrow full of dollar bills to buy a loaf of bread, people will suddenly realize that they are in trouble but it will be too late.

Again, he hasn't reigned as a Conservative, he has just been not enough of a leader to accomplish his liberal agenda.

I don't believe you. You talk about him a lot and your stated opinion was he was your choice for president. You just don't know how to spell his name.

Best description of Obumma yet. He will forever be known as a president who bought the presidency with welfare. (among a few others)

You are confusing rejecting with accepting.

Obama has been quite a Conservative.
Of course, the Conservatives here see anybody who wants to have anything but unfettered freedom in all aspects of life as a Fascist.
You should always have an informed opinion, so after I inform you, please feel free to express my opinion...USCitizen

Obama won because the best the conservatives could come up with was Romney
