The economy still kicking as*

Yes America is on the right track; let's hope the Dems don't actually repeal the tax cuts and increase minimum wage. To do so would be disastrous for the economy.

p.s. Aruba kicks ass this time of year.

The economy is NOT in good shape. Have you noticed what the national debt is? Have you noticed what the trade deficit is? China OWNS you my friend. GWB has screwed the USA so far beyond recognition it isn't even funny. How can people be so blind to this? What you are saying is your happy to be living on borrowed time.

Ah the ever predictable the national debt is high so the economy is in the tank analysis. Because most americans are doing well financially we're living on "borrowed time"? While people like yourself make absurd proclaimations that China owns us we continue to purchase at greater levels than we ever have. Do you understand what purchasing power is?

And if anything GW has done a fantastic job enacting legislation, in the form of tax cuts, which has enabled the avg US citizen greater control of the money they earn. I know to self-proclaimed socialists this is disturbing. But as lover of freedom, both economic and social, I can't help but notice how much stronger the economy is than it has been in 15yrs.

Well ... tax cuts plus increased government spending ... it's not a miracle that the economy is looking good. It's just a question for how long.

Man, you guys really need to come to Massachusetts and other high-priced, low-wage states for a couple of months. It's like everywhere else in the US is located on another planet.

Any chance we're going to get a break from two or three year old threads?
