I Cant prove it but Fox News Reporter John Gibson is suggesting the Oil companies may have something to do with IRAN Crises to manipulate the price of Oil during the crises. This is why i think the NSA should begin to wiretap phone confersations from every Oil CEO excutives.So if the NSA can trace the confersations linked to any arab nation on manipluate the oil prices then WE CAN HAVE THEM ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY!!! And They can Stand trial. This is Corperate Crime!! In other words its ROBBING OUR WALLETS AT THE GAS PUMPS!! Its Just like Robbing a 7-11 store or shoplifting!

The State of Alaska and the people of the State of Alaska have tried this in the past, bringing the oil companies to court over price fixing and have not been able to find any information on that matter..

Most likely the heads are meeting over a round of golf to fix prices much like the insurance companies did the day after September 11th on upping the fees that some one pays for yearly insurance by 33%.....

There seems to be a general lack of comprehension on how commodity markets, oil in this case, actually function. Do a little reading, plenty of websites out there, to better understand producer, contracts, transportation refiner and retailer positions regarding pricing. Oil companies do not set retail prices, they add operating costs and one of the lowest profit margins of any industry to landed commodities priced on contracted futures which are based on perceived future availability. Prices for refined gasoline (which has its own futures market due to limited US refining capability) at the consumer level have been investigated for price gouging more than the mafia, with never an instance of wrong-doing.

Think about retail gasoline expensive enough to take your breath away if current administration is dumb enough to take Iranian crude production out of the market.
