I'd say they should stick to cashing their dividend checks and leave the biz to the experts.

Anyone see a problem here but me?

A deputy to California Controller John Chiang said at the meeting that she wanted to see the board do a better job of overseeing management and developing an alternatives fuel strategy. If not, she warned, Mr. Chiang's support for current directors could end. Mr. Chiang is a trustee of the California Public Employee's Retirement System, the largest public pension in the nation.

no, a fund manager got herself invloved ...plus the whole rockefellar family thing....its their right but they should stick to cashing their checks.
