I'd say they should stick to cashing their dividend checks and leave the biz to the experts.
In addition to that, see below Anyone see a problem here but me? A deputy to California Controller John Chiang said at the meeting that she wanted to see the board do a better job of overseeing management and developing an alternatives fuel strategy. If not, she warned, Mr. Chiang's support for current directors could end. Mr. Chiang is a trustee of the California Public Employee's Retirement System, the largest public pension in the nation. no, a fund manager got herself invloved ...plus the whole rockefellar family thing....its their right but they should stick to cashing their checks.

Well, you're entitled to your opinion. I'm sure if the Rockefeller wanted or needed your opinion, they'd have asked you for it.
