Sure, give me a concrete example of someone you want me to demonstrate that with.
I was under the impression you found no issue with all but the tax issue ... not an avoidance.

Guess he has to work at McDonald's for a while. See, I don't care that he has a PhD. In fact, you yourself state that he was told that there were no chemistry jobs available and yet he still went into chemistry. That means he's not very smart.

You asked me what point I had an issue with. I answered you. Now, I'm waiting for a sentence or a paragraph that links those nine (or eight, who cares) points together coherently. You can do it any time, so no pressure.

The first batch of friends weren't told that.
They were lied to by a government ageny called the BLS.

    C-Bm,
On the other hand, to persue a conversation with you would require, on your part, a separation between cause and effect and the fact that you, like 99 out of 100 people, don't really give a damn about happens to anyone but yourself and, hopefully, your family.

Do we agree that a job exported creates unemployment?

It also means gov't policy is screwed up when a grad in such a science made a mistake.

You wonder why we don't have folks getting degrees in things like chemistry, engineering, etc? Hell, this scramble to cheap labor in all areas is the cause of it. Yet Americans are blamed t ime and time again, when the blame lies above them, on the jackwags who allowed it to happen.

Oh, right, right! When a graduate makes a mistake, the problem is government policy. I see what you are saying.

Bad luck on his part not knowing which industries government was going to export.

In the meantime, we are happily accepting business visas from India and China where we have no disclosure of the quality of their education.
I have run into over 95% of these STEM professional who were way behind their American counterparts, but you can't argue with accepting 1/3 the salary.

I believe business can do this, but I believe our Reps should prevent this or stop legislating business rules altogether.

No, see, I expect people to be responsible citizens. You, on the other hand, look to make excuses for anything and then just say "it's because of the corporations!!" Like, this chemistry graduate that you tell me about. First you say he was told there were no jobs. Then when I point that out, your response is "he was lied to!!!" I honestly feel badly for you.

You cannot use "citizen" when you want a global economy; it's disengenuous.
You can say "responsible" and high schools should teach real world civics.
    Ok, so I'm fantasizing.

C-B-M agrees but says "that's life" and adapt to something else.

CBM requested I connect the issues which I was avoiding. Which is pointless if we don't agree on simple economics. I certainly can't claim unemployment is increased by the export of 10,000 jobs, if it is denied ... which connecting the dots is then pointless. Making a courteous attempt to meet his request.
